What data we collect
Only what you write in the form to reserve your spot: your email, your business name, your answers to the two questions (how many posts you make a month and whether the price works for you), the language of the page and, if there is one, where you came from (for example, a LinkedIn link). We also keep the date you ticked the permission box.
What we use it for
To contact you about Postlio: set up your account if there is a spot, tell you when we open, and ask what you think. Your answers to the questions help us decide what to build and at what price. We don't send you advertising for anything else and we don't sell or share your data.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box in the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to info@computelabs.eu.
How long we keep it
Until you withdraw your consent, or 12 months after our last contact if we don't end up working together. If you become a customer, we keep it for as long as that lasts and then for the periods the law requires.
Who else sees it
The form data is stored in a database run by Supabase, Inc., acting as a processor. Server location: Ireland (European Union). The site is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd (Cyprus, European Union), also as a processor. The form data does not leave the European Economic Area.
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Ireland Limited receives data about your visit to count it; see the cookie policy.
Automated decisions
None. The form answers are read by a person.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, to correct or delete it, object to its processing, ask us to restrict it, or request portability. Write to info@computelabs.eu and we'll reply. If you think we haven't handled it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Security
The site is always served over HTTPS and the form travels encrypted. The database only accepts new sign-ups from the site: nobody can read them from outside.
